Xbox 360 Left 4 Dead 2 Disconnections?

I'm running into situations where Left 4 Dead 2 will force my router to reset after every 5-25 minutes. I'm using a BT Home Hub and was wondering if anybody is having similar difficulties or resolutions to it. As a side note I've forwarded ports and even turned DMZ off.
