How to get rid of this pimple?

Ok so this morning I woke up and I had a pimple right below my nose and above me upper lip, in the little crevice thing. Its right in the middle, and its really big. It had a white thing on it so I was picking at it this morning and it started to bleed, so I washed my face and put a spot treatment on it, but its still there and it looks really stupid. I have to go back to school in 10 days (January 11) and I don't know how to get it to go away. Please help! Thanks!
