Yes, I think you have a chance, but it isn't a surefire one. Your ACT is a pretty big part of your application, and you'd want at least a 27 on that. However, you have a whole lot to balance that out. If you can re-take the ACT I think you really ought to consider it. If you don't get in to BYU for Fall semester and you still want to go, I'd prepare really hard for the ACT and retake it and re-apply for winter semester. Good luck!
