How do i remove a tree without damaging it?

i have a 12 or 15 ft red crepe myrtle tree in the front of my yard.i want to remove because were its planted its blocking the view of my home.my friend wants it and her land is big enough to put it any were.the problem is how do we remove this monster without damaging it?
