Wedding very soon. I feel like CALLING IT OFF as my wife is not GOOD AT HOUSEWORK?

I'm a 37 yr old grown man (masculine) and having some problems with my soon to be wife. She is 28yrs old. We are both from the same street. I live with my parents, everyone else has moved out. My mums a great woman, she reared 6 of us, and done all the housework. She really looks after me. Cooks my breakfast, makes me packed lunch, cleans my room, looks after my bills ( i give her the money, she sorts it), does my laundry. However, shes in hosptial having a hip operation and will be laid up for a few weeks. I moved in with my girlfriend and have been bitterly dissapointed with the way she runs a home. Its just not like the way my mum does it. Shes sending our laundry OUT TO BE done even though she has a washing machine. I'VE had to bring stuff around to my mums again as one of my sisters was coming to help dad with cooking and washing as mum is laid up. I'm disagreeing with the way my fiance runs her home, so how will that work when i move into her house? My mum says not to worry that she will come round once per week (i'll give her a key) and shel look after my personal items if my wifes not up to scratch in those areas. My mum has expressed dissapointment. I feel more than dissapointment, I would almost call off the wedding.
