I want to do Bachelor in Business from CSU Hayward.?

I hav done Master in Home Economics from India n now I want to take addmission in CSU Hayward University, But How I can apply there? And What doents are necesarry for that. What cles I have to take first. How long it will take to finish when I have done Master?
