Need help with fish oil?

My husbands doctor wants him to a fish oil that has 700-1.000 of DHA and EPA per capsule we take one that has 720 per 2 capsules his his cholesterol is 167 LDL118-Hdl 31 he will start taking niacin which he says will help alot what is a good brand of fish oil or a liquid the ones we take now are coated anything you can tell us would be a help thank-you.
