First, you need to work on getting over these past hurts. It's only going to hurt your ability for a good, solid relationship. You need to realize that hurt and emotional pain really, really suck but they are vital to growing and becoming a better person. Second, this guy sounds like a boy and he blew his chance with you. Let him go and move on. He more than likely thinks he can get some out of this because he doesn't know how to deal with women and he thinks because of this connection you are his best shot, he thinks he has an in already.
