This one is pretty basic, but I like it. I boil about a pound of bow tie pasta, then after I drain it, I put in about 2 Tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar, about 1 tsp of salt, then a few shakes of pepper and oregano (I don't measure these). I mix that all together in the pot, put the lid on, and put the heat on simmer for about 5 minutes to try and get the pasta to absorb a bit of the flavor.
