Weird dream can someone tell me what it means?

my sis has a child and den months later got preggo again and well it was a very difficult bcuz many time she thought she lost it bcuz she bled but at da last minute lik right b4 it was suppose to be born they tell her the bby was already dead and it was something really hard for us. so my sis and my bro in law went through hard times (r.i.p jade). And well now my sis is preggo again and she is lik 2 or 3 months but recently she had lost a lot of blood and da doctors told her the bby was dead most likely but they still had to do ultra sound to double check and it turned out that the baby was perfectly fine and well its like almost the same situation as last time but the thing is dat b4 she called us to tell us she had lost a lot of blood days before dat i had a dream that my sis had called us telling us thta the same thign is happening as last pregnancy and that this is it she and her husband dont want to have babies they are giving up but it was weird i had dreamed dat and my sis calle dus to tell us sumthing bad had happen but thnaks to god everything is fine the baby is fine but im really scared the the same thign as last time happens. and well what can my dream mean??
