Strange discharge keeps dripping out?

I've noticed for the last three or four weeks that my panties have a big wad of brownish, greenish goop that looks like cottage cheese and smells like rotten shrimp. Do you think this is some sort of infection or does my gutter hole just need flushing out? I was thinking about filling an old Lux bottle with peroxide and soap and just gushing it in and letting it drain out while I'm in the shower. What do y'all think?
