I want to start a web show...(read inside)?

and I want to do something RWJ/Micheal Buckley-esque like talk about things that I hear in the news or interesting things I hear about like Micheal Buckley but do it in the comedy of RWJ. The thing is, Im a little nervous because I really don't know how to start. All I really have for a camera is a webcam and a crappy microphone. Also, I want to try to promote my videos but I wouldn't know where to start. Can you help me with telling me what I can do?
