Do you think it is weird for a 28yr old female to be with an 18yr old male?

I guess it is really none of my business. But this is my bf's brother and his gf. They actually fit together pretty good because she acts like a little kid--she plays with kids and he acts like an old man--he never goes out and goes to bed early.He is a homebody.
