Do British people see prince phillip as a huge racist?

i just spent an hour googling prince phillip and came up with dozens,of dozens of separate racist remarks with no apparent care,and even other articles describing the how the queen mother was even more racist than him and even more articles describing prince harry wearing a nazi uniform,its pretty obvious that these are devout racist,but what amazes me is that for every article there's some journalist,or person down playing him as "just play-full" or "unpoliticaly correct"that is ridiculous!! if a politician in this country had made just one of those racist comments he would chastised and forced to somehow resign,fired etc. yet somehow this behavior is accepted in england? im not saying people in the u.s.aren't racist but we are not allowed to make such stupid remarks with out being seen as racist s.
