Do boys get insecure too?

I'm pretty insecure myself, I like this guy and I guess he has a tiny but of chub on his stomach but, it's nothing to be worried about it's actually really cute :) but, I always see him like pulling down his shirt when he plays basketball and he always has his hands on his hips and stuff do you think he's insecure about his stomach
