Cyber dragon deck or Chimeratech OTK?

Right now with the current format it just depends on which deck can run faster. Because of the overdose of DAD you need a deck that can fuse in 1-3 turns at the begining of the duel. Dark decks can win in 2-3 turns so you need to build a deck that can search out your fusion material monsters fast and fuse them on like turn 2. Then use cards like heavy storm and lightning vortex to clear the field for the OTK. So depending on which one you can make faster is the one you should go with.
